Mrs. Kearfott's R3 class worked together to organize a pet care donation drive and volunteered at Old Drum Animal Shelter.
They collected toys, leashes, treats, and puppy pads and then worked with shelter employees to walk dogs, clean kennels, and tidy the office.

Future Teachers of American would like to recognize Maestra Reed for her efforts and the joy she brings to teaching here at WHS.
Maestra has been teaching for 15 years. She has served here for the last 6. Students enjoy her kind smile and the passion she has for teaching foreign languages. Maestra said she enjoys teaching because "everyday is different and fun, and I can be myself without feeling judged."

FBLA is hosting a change drive this week to donate funds to the Old Drum Animal Shelter.

David Radcliff from the New Community Project will be speaking to the Environmental club after school today in Room 127. He will focus on sustainability and social justice issues. Everyone is welcome to attend.
