Summer meals will be offered at no charge for children, ages 0-18, beginning July 3, 2023. Breakfast and Lunch will be offered at Reese Education Center from 7-9 a.m.and 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. from July 3 to August 11. Lunch can also be picked up at Cave Hollow from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. from July 3 to July 31. There will be no meals on July 4th. Warrensburg Middle School students celebrated Law Enforcement Appreciation Week by raising funds for Johnson County Shop With a Cop last week. The students sold Thin Blue Line bracelets and created lessons about how Law Enforcement personnel work with the community to help build a stronger relationship. Sheriff Scott Munsterman accepted a $260 donation on behalf of the Johnson County Shop With a Cop organization. #TigerPride
The 6th grade P. R. I. D. E. Team took a field trip to Cable Dahmer Arena last week for ice skating, broom ball, and a tour of the Mavericks’ facilities. Many parents joined in the activities. What a fun way to end the year! #TigerPride
